• Unique Safety Lock. BIOP80 is the firts semi-automatic biopsy needles with built-in safety lock in the market which can lock the cannula to prevent accidental firing. This mechanism provides extra safety to patient during biopsy procedure, and operator when removing the samples from the needles.

• Detachable Cannula: BIOP80 is with detachable cannula. When used in CT guided procedure the main handle part of the needle won’t obstruct in CT dome. The detached cannula and the stylet with pyramidal tip (packed within the same package) can be assembled as a coaxial needle which allows to perform multiple biopsies at the same puncture site.
